1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email engbruno1010@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping: For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Free Replacement for Defects or Damage

• Manufacturing defects or wrong item received: free replacement
• Damage in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos

Email your order number and photos to engbruno1010@gmail.com. We review your claim, confirm the replacement, and ship it free of charge. In most cases you will not need to return the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items, where marked
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has been handed to our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still use the 30-day return process.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If more time has passed, contact your bank first, then reach out to us at engbruno1010@gmail.com.
